Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and returned to sender at their expense.
All products must be returned in unused condition with original materials and original packaging intact. This includes but is not limited to clothing tags.
Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receipt.
Packages must be returned via Post Office because our remote location makes courier delivery cost prohibitive.
The customer is responsible for return postage with the single exception being if the product was proven damaged in transit.
If damage to the product occurred in transit, when you fill out the Return Request Form, please include a photo of the damaged package as it was when you received it. When you receive authorization, return the package to us and you will be re-imbursed the return postage.
The return package remains your responsibility until we receive it and we do not accept C.O.D (cash on delivery) shipments.
We do not accept responsibility for lost packages and suggest that you use an Expedited service that includes tracking information and also receive Proof of Postage in case your parcel goes astray.
