A product purchased on EMPRESSIVE.CA can be exchanged for merchandise off equal value or a store credit.  Purchase price will be returned in some circumstances.

Prior authorization is required before merchandise is accepted for exchange.  Fill in and submit the RETURNS REQUEST FORM and wait instruction which should follow via email within two business days. All products must be returned in new, unused condition with their original packaging and price tags intact.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Sale and discounted items can not be exchanged.

Items which have been worn are not exchangeable.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns must be sent via Post Office because our remote location makes courier delivery cost prohibitive.

We do not accept responsibility for lost packages and suggest that customers use Expedited Shipping and obtain Proof of Postage in case their parcel goes missing.

We do not accept packages sent C.O.D. (cash on delivery) and will return same to sender at their expense.
